Does the first look on every call, and keeps the old part for you to see. Will tell you when a repair isn't worth it.
About the shop
Two people, one van, and a habit of looking first
Chism Plumbing Repair is Earlene Chism's shop. She plumbs. Duy Vue is her apprentice and learns on every job she takes.
Most of the houses we work in are older, and most of their plumbing was made to be repaired. A faucet from before 1990 usually has a rebuild kit. A tub valve from the 1950s can often take a new cartridge. We start there.
When something is past saving, we say so, and we say what we would put in its place.
