Before you send it
Where is my main shutoff?
In most Wichita houses it is in the basement or crawl space, near where the water line comes through the wall, or in a box at the street. If it is stuck, don't force it. Call us.
Can I text a photo?
Yes. Text it to (316) 555-0101 with your street and what it does. A photo of the fixture, and of anything stamped on it, helps most.
When will someone call me back?
On the next working day. We are open Monday to Friday, and Saturday by appointment.
