What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, street or cross street, and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you, to come to the job, and to write your price and your note of what was done. We don't sell it and we don't share it, except with a supplier when we order a part for your job.
How long we keep it
Job records stay for as long as the work might need one, such as a question about a repair or a permit. Messages that never became a job are deleted if you ask.
Photos you text us
A photo you send goes to the shop phone. We use it to look at your job, and we don't post it anywhere.
